What the job is.
Small team, direct owner.
You work with ownership on every job. No dispatcher bureaucracy, no layers. Your input on how work gets done counts.
Company vehicle and tools.
Service vehicle and company-provided tools. You are not wearing out your own truck and gear on our jobs.
Paid training and certification.
We pay for EPA 608 certification and the training you need to grow into institutional refrigeration work.
What we are looking for.
- Commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience preferred — we will train a motivated apprentice
- EPA 608 certification preferred — we will help you get it if you do not have it yet
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in university, laboratory, and pharmaceutical facilities
